Bobby Duckett
Theater Manager
Bobby Duckett oversees the day-to-day operations of the Willingboro Performing Arts Center, including programming coordination, event logistics, and front-of-house
management. He works closely with artists, production teams, and staff to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience for every performance and community event.
Lorraine Spellman
Facilities Manager
Lorraine Spellman serves as Facility Manager for Willingboro Township, overseeing the operational management, maintenance, and readiness of all Township-owned venues and facilities. Her responsibilities include ensuring that each location is safe, functional, and properly prepared to support community programs, events, performances, and rentals.
Lorraine manages venue logistics, coordinates facility needs, and oversees rental operations across Township venues, working closely with internal departments and external users to ensure smooth scheduling, setup, and execution. Her role is essential to maintaining the integrity, usability, and long-term care of Willingboro’s public spaces.
As part of this Township-wide responsibility, Lorraine supports facilities such as the Willingboro Performing Arts Center, Kennedy Center venues, parks, and additional rental spaces, helping ensure that each venue meets operational standards and community expectations.
Marilyn Bell
Marketing & Community Engagement
Marilyn Bell leads marketing strategy, digital presence, and community engagement initiatives for Willingboro Township, supporting the promotion and visibility of Township programs, venues, and public assets as the central hub of marketing efforts. Her role focuses on developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that attract community participation, support economic development, and strengthen Willingboro’s brand across regional and professional audiences.
Marilyn oversees branding, promotional direction, digital content strategy, and outreach efforts that highlight Township venues, parks, and cultural offerings. She works collaboratively across departments and with external partners to support events, programs, and initiatives that connect residents, businesses, and visitors to Willingboro’s resources and opportunities.
As part of this Township-wide scope, Marilyn supports the launch and positioning of the historic Willingboro Performing Arts Center as a flagship cultural venue, helping to elevate its visibility while aligning it with broader Township marketing and community engagement goals.
