The Willingboro Performing Arts Center is guided by a dedicated team of professionals committed to creativity, community engagement, and artistic excellence.
Bobby Duckett
Theater Manager
Bobby Duckett oversees the day-to-day operations of the Willingboro Performing ArtsCenter, including programming coordination, event logistics, and front-of-house
management. He works closely with artists, production teams, and staff to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience for every performance and community event.
Lorraine Spellman
Facilities Manager
Lorraine Spellman manages the maintenance, safety, and operational readiness of the
Willingboro PAC facility. She supports venue setup, coordinates building needs, and helps ensure all spaces are safe, comfortable, and performance-ready for artists, staff, and guests.
Jurnee Samuels
Social Media Intern
Jurnee Samuels supports Willingboro PAC’s digital presence through social media content creation,engagement, and event storytelling. She helps highlight performances, behind-the-scenes
moments, and community programming to keep audiences informed and connected.
Marilyn Bell
Marketing & Community Engagement
Marilyn Bell leads marketing strategy and community engagement initiatives for the Willingboro Performing Arts Center. She oversees branding and promotional direction, supports community and partner engagement, and works to elevate the Center’s visibility across the region through thoughtful storytelling, outreach, and relationship-building.
Marilyn also supports guided tours of the Performing Arts Center for community members, partners, and prospective users interested in learning more about the venue. When rental or facility use is requested, she coordinates with the Facilities and Rentals team to ensure a smooth transition and follow-up process.
